ABOUT US

Strong in negotiations.
Empathetic in dealings.

The head of this law firm is César Grande García, a lawyer and notary public licensed in Switzerland who speaks five languages. During his professional career, he has specialized in advising, supporting, and representing private individuals, foundations, and trusts in litigation. The latter is particularly relevant because he himself is a member of the board of trustees of various private and charitable foundations and serves on the boards of Swiss and Liechtenstein companies. Advising families on cross-border estate planning is also one of his core competencies.

His multilingualism has led to international mandates from renowned companies, wealthy individuals, and complex trust and foundation structures. Thanks to his many years of experience at FIFA, César Grande García is also extremely competent in sports law. Among other things, he has represented several professional soccer players and clubs before the FIFA Tribunal.

In addition to his practical experience, he naturally also has a theoretical background: He holds a Master of Laws from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an LL.M. in Corporate, Foundation and Trust Law from the University of Liechtenstein, with study visits to New York, Washington, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is also a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).

In addition to all the technical experience, however, another qualification is crucial for success in legal transactions: empathy, tact, and social skills. Only those who possess these qualities can be convincing in such delicate tasks.
