The head of this law firm is Cesar Grande Garcia, a lawyer and public notary licensed in Switzerland who speaks five languages. During his professional career, he has specialized in advising, supporting and litigating on behalf of private individuals, foundations and trusts. The latter mainly because he himself is a member of the board of trustees of various private and charitable foundations and is a member of the board of directors of Swiss and Liechtenstein companies. Families with cross-border estate planning are also part of his favorite repertoire.

His multilingualism leads to international mandates from renowned companies, wealthy private individuals and complex trust and foundation structures. Thanks to his many years of experience at FIFA, Cesar Grande Garcia is also extremely well versed in sports law. Among other things, he has already represented several professional footballers and clubs before the FIFA tribunal.

In addition to his practical experience, he naturally also has a theoretical background: He holds a Master of Laws from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an LL.M. in Corporate, Foundation and Trust Law from the University of Liechtenstein, with study visits to New York, Washington, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is also a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
